Retrofit: Please contact the JRC distributor who originally sold you the equipment. Provide them with the model and serial number of the equipment, after confirming the warranty status with JRC Europe. They will guide you through the warranty process and will be your point of contact throughout you claim.

Newbuilding: Have you send warranty claim to the shipyard and have you received warranty confirmation?

Operation manuals can be requested from your local JRC dealer, manuals for more recent models can be provided in PDF format. For older equipments please contact your local dealer who will advise you of availability.

 

Where can I get a copy of my JRC equipments type approval certificate?

Contact your local dealer who will provide you with copies of your equipments type approval certificates or request them on your behalf from JRC Europe.
